Sofie’s art prints (reproductions) come in two sustainable variations:

– 100% recycled paper art prints (eco art prints).

– bamboo and hemp Hahnemuhle fine art (giclee) prints.

The recycled paper art prints are digitally printed on quality, uncoated EcoStar 350 gsm paper. The print has a gentle matte and soft greyish tone.  Due to the nature of the recycled paper, occasionally there are minor imperfections (like little coloured flecks and paper fibres from the recycling process) that only add to the character of the print.

The bamboo and hemp Hahnemuhle 290 gsm prints are superior in quality and printed with Epsom archival (museum grade) inks of a very high standard that are unlikely to fade with time. Bamboo Hahnemuhle is one of the most environmentally friendly fine art papers, made from 90% bamboo fibres and 10% cotton. The natural white, warm-toned bamboo is soft and lightly textured. The matte premium inkjet coating delivers superb printing results of colour and detail. While still warm in tone, the hemp is a crisper white than the bamboo and prints fantastically sharp to capture all the fine detail.

All are printed in Perth, Western Australia.

Sofie ships to customers all over Australia and Internationally via Australia Post. To make the most of her time in the studio, her posting days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Standard estimated delivery times from Sofie’s remote regional location:

  • Perth Metro (2 to 5 business days)
  • Regional Western Australia (3 to 7 business days)
  • All other states than Western Australia (5 to 10 business days)

 

International:

$25 Standard tracked shipping for all orders
$5 (non-tracked) shipping for greeting cards (5 pack and under) and stickers

Please note that Sofie does not offer Express Post service as it cannot be guaranteed from her remote regional location.

Want to go extra large for a special statement piece? Sofie is more than happy to help you to realise that unique addition to your home or office. Using our favourite fine art reproduction specialists, Fox Lab Fine Art, we can print up to A0 size for you in a range of high quality archival fine art papers. Sofie loves the idea of being able to bring someone’s unique vision to paper but unfortunately commissions (custom artwork, including tattoo and logo design) aren’t her jam. Generally speaking, she doesn’t take on commissions but every now and then, if the particular piece feels right, she might consider doing it, so it’s worthwhile shooting her an email at hello@sofieseyah.com to discuss.

Sofie no longer offers a framing option, as her time is best spent creating in the studio. Living remotely also means that she no longer has ease of access to quality frames. She personally uses Picasso Art & Framers for custom framing her original pieces. 

For those looking for a great off-the-shelf option, my prints are in International Standard paper sizes and I recommend Country Road‘s Adler frames for quality and style, or Spotlight‘s Frame Depot range for a more budget-friendly option.

Sofie’s returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately she can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and credit card statement again prior to contacting us at hello@sofieseyah.com.

Refunds can sometimes take a couple of weeks to be processed by financial institutions.

Exchanges are available. However, as we are a small business we ask that you please post your item back with an addressed and paid for return envelope/parcel packaging inside.

To return your product please email hello@sofieseyah.com and we will provide you with a return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
